ejabberd: DB was loaded with the multi-host schema (server_host column) but the config lacked the matching flag, so mod_mam INSERTs wrote NULL server_host and Postgres bounced every message (clients showed 'delivery failed'). Add sql_schema_multihost: true (was new_sql_schema before 25.10). Also set imagePullPolicy: IfNotPresent to survive Docker Hub pull flakiness on restart. forgejo: upgrade image 9 -> 16 (cumulative DB migrations verified clean, healthz pass in-cluster and via Caddy).
